Ticket terms

These terms apply when you book a seat at one of our evenings.

  • You must be 18 or older, and within the age range shown for the evening.
  • Mixed evenings have a separate list for women and for men, with the same price for both. Book the side that applies to you.
  • One booking is for one person.
  • A ticket gives you one seat at the evening shown when you booked, including the activity and the food that is part of it. For Tapas Relay that is all ten tapas. Drinks are ordered and paid at the venue unless the evening says otherwise.
  • The price is shown on the site before you pay. You pay through Mollie.
  • Your seat is yours once your payment has gone through. If you don’t finish paying within 30 minutes, the seat is released.
  • If your side is full, you can join the waitlist for free. If a seat opens, we email you and hold it for 24 hours. You pay then.

If you bought your ticket on another platform, that platform’s terms cover the payment and any refund. You still add your details here so we can seat you and match you. We check your order number before the evening.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • There is no 14-day right of withdrawal, because the ticket is for a leisure event on a fixed date (article 6:230p under f, Dutch Civil Code).
  • You can give your seat to someone else on the same side and within the age range. Email us their name and email address at least 48 hours before the evening.
  • If we cancel the evening, you get your money back in full. If we move it to another date, you can keep your seat or get your money back.
  • If you don’t come, there is no refund.

We list the allergens of every dish. The food isn’t prepared in an allergen-free kitchen, and ready-made ingredients can change, so we can’t rule out traces. Tell us about any allergy when you book and check with the host on the evening.

We promise a hosted evening in the format described for it, with a balanced room as far as bookings and no-shows allow. We can’t promise that you find a match. The odds we show are averages from published research, not a guarantee.

Follow the code of conduct. Treat everyone with respect. We or the venue can refuse entry or ask someone to leave, without a refund, if they harass or bother others or have had too much to drink. We can decline future bookings from someone who broke the code of conduct.

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for your ticket, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
